Public Information Requests

Wisconsin's public records law provides that almost all records of state and local government are available to the public. The Village of Howard prides itself on being a transparent local government, and staff are honored to provide information to those who seek it. 

Making a Request

In order to best serve you, please fill out an Open Records Request Form and specifically outline the type of information you are seeking, including a relevant date or date range for which the information would be found. Please also indicate how you would like your documents delivered, noting any associated costs.
